Green Class - Happy New Year

Green class has had a fantastic start to the Spring Term.

We have particularly enjoyed benefiting from Sean’s expert coaching to develop our cricket skills in PE – and have enjoyed getting to know our new piece in Music, I’ve Been to Harlem, where we used balls and beanbags to build up our rhythmic awareness.

In PSHE, we have been using Lego to assess what effective teamwork looks like under different conditions.

We have also brought several poems to life as part of our Performance Poetry unit in English. The children especially enjoyed analysing the performance techniques used by Michael Rosen to apply them to their own highly successful performances.
